To provide an intercom system, an operation method, and an operation program that can enhance convenience by association of an electronic lock and an intercom device.SOLUTION: An intercom system includes: an electronic lock 100 that unlocks or locks a door D when receiving an unlocking signal or a locking signal of the door D; and an intercom device 200 including an outdoor apparatus 210 installed outside a room and a master terminal 250 connected to the outdoor apparatus. In the intercom system, the outdoor apparatus includes an electronic lock control unit that transmits an unlocking signal or a locking signal to the electronic lock by wireless communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
