To provide a cutting device of a nonmetallic structure capable of cutting mass concrete and an underground outer wall.SOLUTION: A cutting device 11 of a nonmetallic structure has an adjuster 17 for respectively storing combustion gas, oxygen, metal powder and cooling water, and the combustion gas, the oxygen, the metal powder and the cooling water supplied to the flame port 16 side of a cutting via a supply hose to a cutting torch 13 continuously movable to the nonmetallic structure 12, a handling device 14 for continuously moving the cutting torch, the supply hose 15 connected to the cutting torch.
