CEMENT BASED HYDRAULIC COMPOSITION
To provide a cement based composition, in which the hydration reaction of blast furnace slag is activated and the reaction becomes more active not only at an initial material age but also at a long-term material age.SOLUTION: The cement based hydraulic composition with a part of cement substituted with blast furnace slag fine powder having latent hydraulic property as a substitute of cement, is added with a nitrite salt such as calcium nitrite and diethanol-isopropanol amine to make the hydration reaction of the blast furnace slag fine powder more active. Further, gypsum or calcium carbonate is added thereto according to a need therefor. An effect of improving strength by activation becomes greater as the mass substitution ratio of blast furnace slag fine powder relative to cement becomes greater.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高炉スラグの水和反応が活性化され、初期材齢のみではなく長期材齢においても反応が活性となるセメント系組成物の提供。【解決手段】セメントの一部をセメントの代替物としての潜在水硬性を備えた高炉スラグ微粉末に置換したセメント系水硬組成物において、前記高炉スラグ微粉末の水和反応を活性化するために亜硝酸カルシウムなどの亜硝酸塩およびジエタノールイソプロパノールアミンを添加する。必要に応じ、さらにセッコウあるいは炭酸カルシウムを添加する。高炉スラグ微粉末のセメントに対する質量での置換率が大きいほど、活性化による強度増進効果が大きい。【選択図】なし
