LAITANCE REMOVING METHOD

To provide a laitance removing method capable of reducing variation of finishing state of a green-cut surface and reliably and efficiently removing the laitance.SOLUTION: A laitance removing method comprises the steps of: removing the laitance generated on the surface of a placing joint face; acquiring image data imaging a green-cut surface applied with removing treatment of the laitance; evaluating a finishing state of the green-cut surface from the image data; and removing again the residual laitance on the green-cut surface while changing the laitance removing conditions according to the finishing state of the evaluated green-cut surface. The image data acquiring step, the evaluating step and the step of removing again are set to be performed continuously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】グリーンカット面の仕上がり状態のばらつきを低減するとともに、レイタンスの除去を確実に、かつ、効率よく行うことのできるレイタンス除去方法を提供する。【解決手段】打継面の表面に生じたレイタンスを除去するステップと、レイタンスの除去処理を施された面であるグリーンカット面を撮影した画像データを取得するステップと、この画像データからグリーンカット面の仕上がり状態を評価するステップと、評価されたグリーンカット面の仕上がり状態に応じて、レイタンスの除去条件を変更しながら、グリーンカット面の表面に残存するレイタンスを除去する再除去するステップとを備えるとともに、前記画像取得ステップと前記評価ステップと前記再除去ステップとを連続して行うようにした。【選択図】図２
