HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE FOR FORM TIMBERING
To provide a height adjustment device for form timbering capable of connecting the form timbering and an existing jack base and easily and quickly adjusting height.SOLUTION: A height adjustment device 1 for form timbering of the present invention is used while being interposed between a vertical pipe 12 forming a frame unit of the form timbering 10 and a jack base 11 placed on a lower part of the vertical pipe 12. An outer pipe 2 placed through a clamp 5 on a side of the vertical pipe 12 at a lower end of the form timbering 10 and an inner pipe 3 inserted in an inner side of the outer pipe 2 are provided. A corbel 4 of the vertical pipe 12 to support the vertical pipe 12 of the lower end of the form timbering 10 from its bottom toward its side is arranged on a lower end of the outer pipe 2. A plurality of pin insertion holes 2a, 3a are arranged in the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3 at different height positions, respectively, and the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3 can be secured by inserting one or the plurality of pins to the pin insertion holes 2a, 3a in the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3. 【課題】型枠支保工と従来からあるジャッキベースを接続することができ、容易かつ迅速に高さを調整することもできる型枠支保工高さ調節装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の型枠支保工高さ調節装置１は、型枠支保工１０の枠組を構成する縦管１２と、縦管１２の下部に設置されるジャッキベース１１との間に介在させるように使用するものである。型枠支保工１０の下端部の縦管１２側方にクランプ５を介して設置される外管２と、外管２の内側に挿通される内管３とを備えている。外管２の下端部には側方に向けて型枠支保工１０の下端部の縦管１２を下から支持するための縦管１２受け材４を設けている。外管２と内管３にはそれぞれ高さの異なる位置にピン差込孔２ａ、３ａを複数設け、外管２と内管３のピン差込孔２ａ、３ａに１または複数のピンを挿入することで外管２と内管３を固定することができる。内管３の下端にジャッキベース１１を接続する。【選択図】図６
