To provide a drainage pipe that is not easily restricted by the construction site, can suppress a decrease in ground strength at a low construction cost, and can suppress the occurrence of liquefaction, and a drainage pipe thereof.SOLUTION: A drainage pipe 10 provided with a plurality of pipe bodies 11 to 13 having different pipe diameters, which are driven into the ground vertically or diagonally downward from the ground surface and used as a countermeasure against liquefaction of the ground, comprises a first pipe body 11 with the largest pipe diameter, and a second pipe body 12 with the smallest pipe diameter. The inner diameter of the tip of each of the plurality of pipe bodies 11 to 13 is smaller than the inner diameter of the rear end. Each pipe is configured so that it can project freely while locking the rear end to the tip of the outer pipe with a large diameter. At least one or both of the peripheral wall of the first pipe body 11 and the peripheral wall of the second pipe body 12 is a perforated peripheral wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
