To provide a beam reinforcement fitting that makes workability proper when it is fixed to a beam, and a beam reinforcement method.SOLUTION: A beam reinforcement fitting 1 is arranged in the state of being divided into a plurality of pieces, on the periphery of or at the edge of a through-hole 17 provided in a web 15 of a beam 11. The beam reinforcement fitting 1 has a groove part 7 formed on an outer peripheral surface. The groove part 7 has a rectangular cross-section. The beam reinforcement fitting 1 has an edge of the web 15 inserted into the groove part 7. The beam reinforcement fitting 1 is arranged to sandwich the edge of the web 15. The beam reinforcement fitting 1 has an outer-peripheral-side circular arc part welded to the web 15 by a weld zone 19a.
