WASH STEEL MATERIAL AND CAISSON REPAIR METHOD
To block a damaged part of a damaged caisson inside and outside a harbor so that a lateral pressure and wave pressure of a filled concrete can be borne, and further to reduce underwater work by divers as much as possible and enable safe and short-term caisson repair.SOLUTION: A wash steel material 1 used for repairing a damaged portion 102 of a caisson 100 comprises a main body 2 formed of H-shaped steel in a substantially U-shape in side view and hung on a caisson side wall 101 having the damaged portion 102, and two steel plates 6, 7, which are joined to the inside of the substantially U-shaped portion of the main body 2 facing each other and close the damaged portion 102 on the inside and outside of a harbor along the caisson side wall 101, respectively. By lifting the wash steel material 1 with a crane and then suspending it at the position of the caisson side wall 101 having the damaged portion 102, at the same time that the main body 2 is hung on the caisson side wall 101, the damaged portion 102 is closed along the caisson side wall 101 by two steel plates 6, 7 facing each other inside and outside the harbor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】損傷したケーソンの損傷部を、港内側及び港外側で塞いで、中詰コンクリートの側圧及び波圧の負担を可能とし、しかも、潜水士による水中作業を極力減らして、安全に短期間でのケーソンの補修を可能とする。【解決手段】ケーソン100の損傷部102の補修に用いる波除鋼材1であって、H形鋼により側面視略コの字状に構成され、損傷部102を有するケーソン側壁101に掛けられる本体2と、その本体2の側面視略コの字状部の内側に対向して各々接合され、ケーソン側壁101に沿って港内側及び港外側で損傷部102をそれぞれ塞ぐ二枚の鋼板6・7と、を備える。クレーンにより波除鋼材1を吊り上げてから損傷部102を有するケーソン側壁101の位置で吊り下すことで、ケーソン側壁101に本体2を掛けると同時に、ケーソン側壁101に沿って損傷部102を港内側及び港外側で対向する二枚の鋼板6・7によりそれぞれ塞ぐ。【選択図】図1
