To provide a home delivery box system enabling suitably taking out home-delivery articles from a home delivery box so as to improve convenience.SOLUTION: A locking device 21 provided at a main entrance door 16 of a building 10 is locked/unlocked from the outdoor side based on the recognition of an electronic key 22 carried by a resident. A home delivery box 30 is provided at the outdoor side of the building 10. When the locking device 21 is unlocked from the outdoor side, a resident who has unlocked is specified based on ID information of the electronic key 22. When there is a home-delivery article in the home delivery box 30, it is determined whether or not taking out the home-delivery article is permitted by determining whether or not the unlocking person of the specified main entrance door 16 satisfies a previously set permission condition of taking out home-delivery articles, based on the size and weight of the home-delivery article detected with an infrared sensor 34 and a weight sensor 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】宅配ボックスからの宅配物の取り出しを好適に行わせることにより、利便性の向上を図ることができる宅配ボックスシステムを提供する。【解決手段】建物１０の玄関ドア１６に設けられた施錠装置２１は、居住者の携帯する電子キー２２の認証に基づいて屋外側から施解錠される。建物１０の屋外側には、宅配ボックス３０が設けられている。施錠装置２１が屋外側から解錠された場合、その電子キー２２のＩＤ情報に基づいて、解錠した居住者が特定される。宅配ボックス３０内に宅配物がある場合、赤外線センサ３４及び重量センサ３５によって検出された宅配物の大きさ及び重量に基づいて、特定された玄関ドア１６の解錠者があらかじめ定められた宅配物の取り出しにおける許可条件を満たしているか否かを判定することにより、宅配物の取り出しを許可するか否かを判定する。【選択図】 図１
