【課題】使用するＬＥＤの数の増加や、複雑な構造を必要とすることなく、下方からの視認性を向上させるようにした道路情報表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】ＬＥＤ１をマトリックス状に配置した表示板１２を有し、表示板１２よりも下方から視認する視認者に対して、ＬＥＤ１を点灯制御して道路情報を表示する道路情報表示装置１０であって、ＬＥＤ１が下向きの指向性を有する。また、ＬＥＤ１の取り付けについて特別な構造を必要としない。【選択図】図１
