To provide a horizontal member where each woody horizontal member is reinforced with a reinforcement material, which can reduce a used amount of the reinforcement material and can reduce cost.SOLUTION: A horizontal member where each woody horizontal member is integrated with a reinforcement material (reinforcement plate 3) and thereby each of the woody horizontal members are reinforced with the reinforcement material, in which the reinforcement material (reinforcement plate 3) includes a one end side reinforcement part 31, an other end side reinforcement part 32, a span center side reinforcement part 33, a one side reinforcement part 34 and an other end side reinforcement part 35, the one end side reinforcement part 31 includes a one end side upper reinforcement part 31A and a one end side lower reinforcement part 31B, the one end side reinforcement part 32 includes an other end side upper reinforcement part 32A and an other end side lower reinforcement part 32B, the span center side reinforcement part 33 includes a span center side upper reinforcement part 33A and a span center side lower reinforcement part 33B, the one side reinforcement part 34 includes a first reinforcement part 34A and a second reinforcement part 34B, and the other side reinforcement part 35 includes a third reinforcement part 35A and a fourth reinforcement part 35B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

【課題】各木質系横架材が補強材で補強された横架材であって、補強材の使用量を少なくできて、コストを低減できる横架材を提供する。【解決手段】各木質系横架材と補強材（補強板３）とが一体化されて構成されることで、各木質系横架材が補強材で補強された横架材であって、補強材（補強板３）は、一端側補強部３１と、他端側補強部３２と、スパン中央側補強部３３と、一方側補強部３４と、他方側補強部３５とを備え、一端側補強部３１は、一端側上補強部３１Ａと、一端側下補強部３１Ｂとを備え、他端側補強部３２は、他端側上補強部３２Ａと、他端側下補強部３２Ｂとを備え、スパン中央側補強部３３は、スパン中央側上補強部３３Ａと、スパン中央側下補強部３３Ｂとを備え、一方側補強部３４は、第１補強部３４Ａと、第２補強部３４Ｂとを備え、他方側補強部３５は、第３補強部３５Ａと、第４補強部３５Ｂとを備えた。【選択図】図３
