To provide a building arrangement structure capable of securing comfort such as ventilation and improving designability when viewed from an overhead perspective.SOLUTION: A building arrangement structure (10) comprises first and a second roadways (11, 12) intersecting each other at one end side, a third roadway (13) connecting the other ends of the first and second roadways, a sidewalk (31) provided in a partition (20) surrounded by the first, the second, and the third roadways and extending from an intersection of the first and the second roadways to the third roadway. At least one of the first and the second roadways is curved so as to extend outward. In each area of a first area (21) between the first roadway and the sidewalk and a second area (22) between the second roadway and the sidewalk, a plurality of buildings (40) are arranged at a distance from each other along the sidewalk (31).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】通風性などの快適性を確保するとともに、俯瞰した際のデザイン性を向上させることのできる建物配置構造を提供すること。【解決手段】建物配置構造（１０）は、一方端側において互いに交差する第１および第２の車道（１１，１２）と、第１および第２の車道の他方端同士を結ぶ第３の車道（１３）と、第１、第２、および第３の車道によって囲まれた区画（２０）に設けられ、第１および第２の車道の交差点から第３の車道まで延びる歩道（３１）とを備え、第１および第２の車道の少なくとも一方が、外向きに広がるように湾曲している。第１の車道と歩道との間の第１領域（２１）、および、第２の車道と歩道との間の第２領域（２２）の各領域において、複数の建物（４０）が、歩道（３１）に沿って互いに間隔をあけて配置されている。【選択図】図１
