To provide a very practical brace and a building skeleton structure which has never existed before.SOLUTION: It is a brace erected between the aggregates 50 of a building such as columns and beams, in which pivot connecting portions 2 and 3 are provided which is pivotally attached to a metal fittings 40 provided on the aggregate 50 at both ends of a brace body 1 having a predetermined length, and at least one of the pivot connecting portions 2 and the end of the brace body 1 are connected by a screw shaft portion 5, and one end of this screw shaft portion 5 is inserted into a non-screw hole portion 4a of an attachment portion 4 provided at an end portion of the brace body 1, and the other end portion of this screw shaft portion 5 is provided at the pivot connecting portion 2, further, at the screw shaft portion 5, a nut member 6 which is screwed into pressure contact with an inner surface of the attachment portion 4 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、従来に無い非常に実用的な筋交い及び建築物の骨組構造を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】柱や梁などの建築物の骨材50間に架設される筋交いであって、所定長さを有する筋交い本体1の両端部には、前記骨材50に設けられた連結金具40に枢着される枢着連結部2,3が設けられ、少なくとも一方の前記枢着連結部2と前記筋交い本体1の端部とは螺子軸部5で連結され、この螺子軸部5の一方の端部は前記筋交い本体1の端部に設けられた取付部4の非螺子孔部4aに貫挿され、また、この螺子軸部5の他方の端部が前記枢着連結部2に設けられ、更に、前記螺子軸部5には、螺動させることで前記取付部4の内面に圧接するナット部材6が設けられたものである。【選択図】図1
