ODOR REDUCING CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ROOM
To provide an odor reducing construction method for a room excellent in high deodorizing property, deodorizing property and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: An odor reducing construction method for a room according to the present invention comprises: a first measuring step of measuring a substance causing an odor; and a first odor reducing step of removing the causative substance based on the amount of the causative substance obtained from the first measuring step. The first odor reducing step comprises the step of: removing a decorative material and/or a burned part; spraying a deodorizing and disinfecting agent selected from at least one kind over the entire room; performing a bake-out of at least once or more after spraying the deodorizing and disinfecting agent; and adsorbing the odor causative substance volatilized by the bake-out by adsorbing means. The method includes a second measuring step of measuring again the odor causative substance after the first odor reducing step, and a second odor reducing step of sticking a laminated sheet having a gas barrier property to a wall surface, ceiling and floor of the room without any gaps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願発明は、高い消臭性・防臭性と経済性に優れた部屋の臭気低減施工方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本発明の部屋の臭気低減施工方法は、臭気の原因物質を測定する第一の測定工程と、前記第一の測定工程から得られた前記原因物質の量に基づいて前記原因物質を除去する第一の臭気低減工程を有し、前記第一の臭気低減工程は化粧材および／または焼損部を除去する工程と、少なくとも一種類以上から選択された消臭消毒用薬剤を部屋全体に噴霧する工程と、前記消臭消毒用薬剤の噴霧後に少なくとも１回以上ベイクアウトを行う工程と、前記ベイクアウトによって揮発した前記臭気の原因物質を吸着手段により吸着する工程からなり、前記第一の臭気低減工程後に前記臭気の原因物質を再測定する第二の測定工程を有し、ガスバリア性を有する積層シートを部屋の壁面・天井・床に隙間なく貼り付ける第二の臭気低減工程を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
