CENTERING METHOD OF REINFORCEMENT BAR AND CENTERING INSTALLATION JIG FOR SEISMIC ISOLATION FRAME
To provide a centering method of a reinforcement bar and an installation jig excellent in rationality, work efficiency, and profitability to precisely install the reinforcement bar forming seismic isolation frame at a pinpoint on a target position by temporarily fixing it after centering on upper and lower parts and carrying it thereat.SOLUTION: A reinforcement bar 7 forming frame B constructed on a base A to install a seismic isolation device C is installed in an appropriate position after preliminary centering is performed using a centering installation jig comprising: a reinforcement bar supporting body 1 arranged with engaging means 51 freely engaging an upper centering member 2 on an upper surface plate 5; an upper centering member 2 detachably supporting an upper part 70 of the reinforcement bar 7 to be inserted in a through hole 50 in a determined centering state; and a lower centering member 3 detachably fixing a lower part 71 of the reinforcement bar 7 to be inserted in a through hole 60 in a determined centering state, after a plurality of the through holes 50, 60 are bored for appropriate positions P of the reinforcement bars 7 in the upper surface plate 5 and a lower surface plate 6 connected on a column part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震装置用架台をなす鉄筋棒を、上下で芯出しして仮固定して搬入し、目標位置にピンポイントで精度よく設置できる合理性と作業効率性、経済性に優れた鉄筋棒の芯出し設置工法と設置治具を提供する。【解決手段】柱部4で接続する上面板5と下面板6に鉄筋棒7の適正位置Pとなる貫通孔50、60を複数穿設し、上面板5には更に上部芯出し部材2を係止自在な係止手段51を設けた鉄筋棒支持体1、及び貫通孔50に挿通される鉄筋棒7の上部70を芯出し状態で着脱自在に支持する上部芯出し部材2、並びに貫通孔60に挿通される鉄筋棒7の下部71を芯出し状態で着脱自在に固定する下部芯出し部材3とより成る芯出し設置治具を用いて、免震装置Cを設置するために基礎A上に構築する架台Bをなす鉄筋棒7を、予め芯出しして適正位置に設置する。【選択図】図1
