To provide a brace panel for a unit house used as a skeleton.SOLUTION: A brace panel 1 includes a metallic rectangular frame 11 and a metallic brace 12 provided in the metallic frame 11, and is assembled to a framework 2 to be used as a wall face skeleton of a box-shaped building whose framework 2 comprises a metal. Upper assembly means (a group of upper fastening holes HBH1, HBH2) are provided in an upper horizontal frame material 113 of the rectangular frame 11, and lower assembly means (a group of lower fastening holes BBH1, BBH2) are provided in a lower horizontal frame material 114 of the rectangular frame 11. In the brace panel 1, assembly means provided in the upper horizontal frame material 113 can include an assembly fastening hole, and assembly means provided in the lower horizontal frame material 114 can include an assembly plate piece 131 protruding in an eaves shape at a lower part and an assembly fastening hole formed in the assembly plate piece 131.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】躯体として使用されるユニットハウス用のブレースパネルを提供する。【解決手段】ブレースパネル１は、金属製の矩形フレーム１１と、矩形フレーム１１に設けられた金属製の筋交１２とを有して構成され、骨組２が金属からなる箱型建屋の壁面躯体として骨組２に組み付けて使用されるもので、矩形フレーム１１の上水平フレーム材１１３に上部組付け手段（上部締結孔群ＨＢＨ１，ＨＢＨ２）が設けられ、矩形フレーム１１の下水平フレーム材１１４に下部組付け手段（下部締結孔群ＢＢＨ１，ＢＢＨ２）が設けられる。また、ブレースパネル１は、上水平フレーム材１１３に設けられた組付け手段が、組付け用の締結孔を含み、下水平フレーム材１１４に設けられた組付け手段が、下部に庇状に突出する取付け用板片１３１および当該取付け用板片１３１に形成された組付け用の締結孔を含むことができる。【選択図】 図２
