FITTING STRUCTURE OF WALL-FORMING WOODEN PANEL TO HOUSING UNIT
To enable a housing unit having a frame structure to sufficiently exhibit a heat insulation property by covering the housing unit with wooden panels that function as curtain walls.SOLUTION: A substantially rectangular-solid frame-like housing unit 1 has columns 20 at four corners, multiple ceiling joists 21, 22, and multiple floor beams 23, 24 and configures a frame structure. Face bars D, E are attached on both faces or one face of a rectangular frame body on which an outer peripheral frame is formed of horizontal and vertical rail members A, B, and multiple wall-forming wooden panels 4 are filled with a heat insulation material F in the interior thereof. The wall-forming wooden panel 4 is disposed so as to bridge between the ceiling joists 21, 22 and the floor beams 23, 24 and cover an outside surface of the housing unit 1. A first fitting hardware 26, which extends outward and whose side end in the extending direction is fixed to the rail member B configuring an upper side of the rectangular frame body of the wall-forming wooden panel 4, is fitted on lower surfaces of the ceiling joists 21, 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
【課題】ラーメン構造の居住用ユニットを、カーテンウォールとして機能する木質パネルで被覆し、十分に断熱性能を発揮できるようにすることである。【解決手段】四隅の柱２０、複数の天井梁２１，２２、複数の床梁２３，２４を有してラーメン構造を構成する略直方体フレーム状の居住用ユニット１に対し、縦横の框材Ａ，Ｂにより外周枠が形成された矩形枠体の両面若しくは片面に面材Ｄ，Ｅが貼設され、内部に断熱材Ｆが充填されてなる複数の壁用木質パネル４が取り付けられる構造であって、壁用木質パネル４は、天井梁２１，２２と床梁２３，２４との間に架け渡されて居住用ユニット１の外側面を被覆するようにして設けられ、天井梁２１，２２の下面には、外側に延出し、かつ、延出方向側端部が壁用木質パネル４における矩形枠体の上辺を構成する框材Ｂに固定される第一取付金物２６が取り付けられている。Ｓ【選択図】図１７
