TELESCOPIC TREMIE AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING CASING PIPE USING THE SAME
To avoid risks of dropping when separating one casing pipe that is on the ground and a tremie when lifting the casing pipe and tremie during work procedures for a method for installing concrete in the casing pipe through the tremie.SOLUTION: A telescopic tremie 1 is composed of: a hollow tip pipe 2 that discharges concrete 7 from the tip and stays in a state of being inserted in the discharged concrete 7; a hollow outer pipe 4 that is integrated with the top of the tip pipe 2, and into which a lowermost pipe unit 31 that constitutes a tremie body 3 is inserted axially in a movable manner; and the tremie body 3. The lowermost pipe unit 31 can engage with the outer pipe 4 when the tremie body 3 is lowered and raised with respect to the outer pipe 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】トレミー管を通じてケーシングパイプ内にコンクリートを打設する方法の作業手順中、ケーシングパイプとトレミー管の引き上げに伴い、地上にある１本のケーシングパイプとトレミー管を切り離す際の、落下による危険性を回避する。【解決手段】先端からコンクリート７を吐出し、吐出したコンクリート７中に挿入された状態を維持する中空の先端管２と、先端管２の上に一体化し、トレミー管本体３を構成する最下部の管ユニット３１が内部に軸方向に移動自在に挿入される中空の外管４と、トレミー管本体３から伸縮トレミー管１を構成し、最下部の管ユニット３１を外管４に対するトレミー管本体３の降下時と上昇時に外管４に係止可能にする。【選択図】図１
