DECORATIVE RIB MATERIAL, CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF AND LOUVER STRUCTURE
To facilitate an implantation work of a nail implanted on an outer surface relative to a decorative rib material A constructed in a ceiling part of a building or a substrate material of a wall part to form a louver structure.SOLUTION: The decorative rib material A comprises a core member 1 and a decorative member 5. The core member 1 is provided in U-shape cross section by a bottom part 1a fixable on a ceiling joist B (a substrate material) at a ceiling part of a building and a plate-shape side wall part 1b extending parallel to each other from both ends in a width direction of the bottom part 1a, and it opens downward opposite to the ceiling joist B when the bottom part 1a is fixed to the ceiling joist B. The decorative material 5 is a U-shaped cross section member fitted externally into the core member 1 so as to cover the core member 1 from its opening side. The decorative material 5 is fixed to the side wall part 1b of the core member 1 by a nail N penetrating through a side part 5b of the decorative material 5 and has an inside surface bonded to the side wall part 1b outer surface of the core member 1 by an adhesive agent S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建物の天井部又は壁部の下地材上にルーバー構造を形成するために施工される化粧リブ材Ａに対し、その外面に打ち込まれる釘の打ち込み作業を容易化する。【解決手段】化粧リブ材Ａは中芯部材１と化粧部材５とを備える。中芯部材１は、建物の天井部における野縁Ｂ（下地材）上に固定可能な底部１ａと、この底部１ａの幅方向両端から互いに平行に延びる板状の側壁部１ｂにより断面コ字状に設けられていて、底部１ａが野縁Ｂに固定されたときに野縁Ｂと反対側である下側に開口する。化粧部材５は、中芯部材１にその開口側から中芯部材１を覆うように外嵌合される断面コ字状の部材とする。化粧部材５は、化粧部材５の側部５ｂを貫通する釘Ｎにより中芯部材１の側壁部１ｂに固定され、かつ内側面が中芯部材１の側壁部１ｂ外面に接着剤Ｓにより接着されている。【選択図】図４
