To provide a folded plate roof coating structure for supporting a plate shape member covering the folded plate roof in a wide range of the folded plate roof and restricting damage and breakage of the folded plate roof coating structure itself, an installation method of the folded plate roof coating structure and back-up material.SOLUTION: The folded plate roof coating structure according to the invention is a folded plate roof coating structure for covering a folded plate roof formed in such a way that folded plates are seam-fastened and coupled and a plurality of protruding parts are aligned in a cross section of the folded plate, and comprises back-up material arranged between two adjacent protruding parts and a folded plate member arranged on the back-up material, and the upper part of an end part of the back-up material protrudes above a seam part formed on an upper surface of the folded plate roof, in a width direction along the folded plate roof and orthogonal to an extending direction of the protruding part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
