METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING METAL CERAMIC BONDING SUBSTRATE
To provide a method for manufacturing a metal ceramic bonding substrate capable of manufacturing an inexpensive metal ceramic bonding substrate by improving coating efficiency of a mold release agent onto a surface to be coated of a mold.SOLUTION: A mold 10 is prepared in which a metal plate forming unit 12c that is a space for forming a metal plate 22 and a ceramic substrate housing unit 12b that is a space for housing a ceramic substrate so that the ceramic substrate 20 abuts onto one surface of a metal plate formed in the metal plate forming unit are formed. A coating material containing the mold releasing agent is electrostatically applied on an inner surface of the metal plate forming unit as a surface to be coated of the mold. The ceramic substrate is arranged in the mold. After molten metal is poured into the mold so as to be brought into contact with one surface of the ceramic substrate, the molten metal is cooled and solidified, thereby forming a metal plate on one surface of the ceramic substrate and directly bonding them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋳型の被塗布面への離型剤の塗着効率を向上させて、安価な金属セラミックス接合基板を製造することができる、金属セラミックス接合基板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】金属板22を形成する空間である金属板形成部12cと、この金属板形成部内に形成される金属板の一方の面にセラミックス基板20が当接するようにセラミックス基板を収容する空間であるセラミックス基板収容部12bとが内部に形成された鋳型10を用意し、この鋳型の被塗布面としての金属板形成部の内面に離型剤を含む塗材を静電塗布し、この鋳型内にセラミックス基板を配置し、このセラミックス基板の一方の面に接触するように金属の溶湯を鋳型内に注湯した後に溶湯を冷却して固化させることにより、セラミックス基板の一方の面に金属板を形成して直接接合させる。【選択図】図1
