To provide a water discharge device capable of making a portion apart from a water discharge port such as discharged water glisten.SOLUTION: A water discharge device 1 applied to a bath 10 comprises: a water discharge part 2 for discharging hot water from an output opening (water discharge port) 21 of a flow passage 20; a light irradiation part 3 for irradiating hot water in the flow passage 20 with light and irradiating the output opening 21 with light; a bubble generator 4 for mixing bubbles into hot water in the flow passage 20; a control unit for controlling the parts and the generator; and an operation unit to which an instruction to the control unit is input. In the case of outputting light and bubbles from the output opening 21 while discharging hot water, it looks as if discharged hot water itself glistens. In the case of outputting light from the output opening 21 while discharging hot water (in the case that no bubbles flow in), it does not look as if discharged hot water itself glistens but it looks as if a water surface, an arrival point of hot water, glistens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】吐水された水等、吐水口から離れた部分を光らせることができる吐水装置を提供する。【解決手段】吐水装置１は、浴槽１０に適用されるものであり、流路２０の出口開口（吐水口）２１から湯水を吐水する吐水部２と、流路２０内の湯水に光を照射するとともに出口開口２１に向かって光を照射する光照射部３と、流路２０内の湯水に気泡を混入させる気泡生成器４と、これらを制御する制御部と、制御部への指示を入力する操作部と、を備えている。出口開口２１から湯水の吐水と共に光と気泡を出させた場合、吐水された湯水自体が光っているように見える。出口開口２１から湯水の吐水と共に光を出させた場合（気泡未流入時）、吐水された湯水自体は光っているように見えず、湯水の到達点である水面が光っているように見える。【選択図】図２
