To provide a transparent resin film which is excellent in shaping properties of an uneven shape and is also excellent in designability, a decorative material using the transparent resin film, and a method for producing the decorative material.SOLUTION: A transparent resin film layered on a base material having a pattern layer has an uneven shape opposite to a side layered on the base material, has a haze value (1) that is a haze value except a surface haze opposite to the side layered on the base material of the transparent resin film of 70% or more, and has a haze value (2) that is a haze value except the surface haze opposite to the side layered on the base material of the transparent resin film of 70% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】凹凸形状の賦形性に優れ、かつ、意匠性にも優れる透明性樹脂フィルム、上記透明性樹脂フィルムを用いた化粧材、及び、上記化粧材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】絵柄層を有する基材に積層される透明性樹脂フィルムであって、上記基材に積層される側と反対側に凹凸形状を有しており、上記透明性樹脂フィルムの上記基材に積層される側と反対側の表面ヘイズを除いたヘイズ値であるヘイズ値（１）が、７０％以上であり、上記透明性樹脂フィルムの上記基材に積層される側の表面ヘイズと、上記基材に積層される側と反対側の表面ヘイズとを除いたヘイズ値であるヘイズ値（２）が、７０％以下であることを特徴とする透明性樹脂フィルム。【選択図】図１
