OPENING FRAME FITTING METHOD, OPENING FRAME, AND HINGE FIXING METHOD
To provide an opening frame fitting method capable of cutting longitudinal and horizontal frames in accordance with the opening of a wall at a site and easily fixing the longitudinal and horizontal frames after the cutting.SOLUTION: This opening frame fitting method is for attaching a door attaching opening frame to an opening part provided to a wall, the opening frame having a door end side longitudinal frame, a door tail side longitudinal frame, and an upper side horizontal frame, and the method includes: a cutting step for cutting at least one of the door end side longitudinal frame, the door tail side longitudinal frame, and the upper side horizontal frame to match the size of the opening part; a fixing step for fixing the door end side longitudinal frame and the upper side horizontal frame by a fixing tool and fixing the door tail side longitudinal frame and the upper side horizontal frame by a fixing tool; and an attaching step for attaching the door end side longitudinal frame, the door tail side longitudinal frame, and the upper side horizontal frame fixed to each other to the opening part. Fixing tool position indications linearly extending in a longitudinal direction are provided to abutment surfaces abutting against the wall in the door end side longitudinal frame and the upper side horizontal frame. In the fixing step, the door end side longitudinal frame and the upper side horizontal frame are fixed by using the fixing tool position indications, and the door tail side longitudinal frame and the upper side horizontal frame are fixed by using the fixing tool position indications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現場において壁の開口部に合わせて縦枠及び横枠を切断することができ、切断後の縦枠と横枠とを容易に固定することができる開口枠取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】壁に設けられた開口部分に、扉取り付け用の開口枠を取り付ける開口枠取付方法であって、開口枠は戸先側縦枠と戸尻側縦枠と上側横枠とを有し、戸先側縦枠、戸尻側縦枠及び上側横枠の少なくとも１つを切断して、開口部分の寸法に合わせる切断工程と、戸先側縦枠と上側横枠とを固定具により固定し、戸尻側縦枠と上側横枠とを固定具により固定する固定工程と、互いに固定した戸先側縦枠、戸尻側縦枠及び上側横枠を開口部分に取り付ける取付工程とを含み、戸先側縦枠及び戸尻側縦枠には、壁に当接する当接面に長手方向に線状に延びる固定具位置表示が設けられており、固定工程では、戸先側縦枠と上側横枠とを固定具位置表示を用いて固定し、戸尻側縦枠と上側横枠とを固定具位置表示を用いて固定する。【選択図】図１
