To provide a fixture for a panel-like module capable of suppressing deterioration of waterproof properties of an installation surface while maintaining strength for supporting the panel-like module.SOLUTION: A fixture 100 for a panel-like module comprises a support fitting 200 having a base part 210 fixed to an installation surface 500 by a fastening member 400, and a waterproof cover sheet 300. The cover sheet 300 covers at least the fastening member 400 attached to the base part 210 and extends outward from an outer edge of the base part 210.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
