To provide a verge cover material and a roof structure with which rainwater does not easily fall from the verge, and buildings with aesthetically pleasing appearance are easy to be built.SOLUTION: A verge cover material 50 covers a roof verge having a roof substrate and a roof material. The verge cover material 50 includes, when applied on the verge, an upper surface cover piece 52 to cover the upper surface of the verge, an inner drainer piece 61, which has a part located inside the upper surface cover piece 52 in the inner and outer directions and is located between the roof substrate and a roof material, a side cover piece 51 that extends only downward from the outer end of the upper surface cover piece 52 to cover the side surface of the verge, and a ridge piece 55 that protrudes upward from a position inside the outer end of the upper surface cover piece 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】雨水がケラバから落下しにくく、美観に優れる建築物を構築し易いケラバカバー材及び屋根構造を提供すること。【解決手段】ケラバカバー材５０は、屋根下地と屋根材とを備えた屋根のケラバをカバーする。また、ケラバカバー材５０が、ケラバに設置された状態で、ケラバの上面をカバーする上面カバー片５２と、上面カバー片５２よりも内外方向の内側に位置する部分を有し、屋根下地と屋根材との間に位置する内側水切り片６１と、上面カバー片５２の外側端から下方のみに延びてケラバの側面をカバーする側面カバー片５１と、上面カバー片５２の外側端よりも内側の位置から上方に突出する突条片５５と、を備える。【選択図】図３
