To mainly set a fire protection line for a balcony.SOLUTION: It relates to a balcony structure in which a balcony 4 is installed on the upper floor 3 of the main body of a building 1. The balcony 4 is extended from one side to the other side along the building body 1. One side of the balcony 4 is a porch part 11 having a space 12 under it, and the other side is a terrace part 13 having a building part 14 under it. On the floor part 21 of the balcony 4, a fire prevention plate 17 extending along the lower side of the rafter 16 is attached to the rafter 16 which is arranged directly on the surface of the building body 1 and is positioned at the boundary part 15 between the porch part 12 and the terrace part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】主に、バルコニーに対して防火ラインを設定し得るようにする。【解決手段】建物本体１の上階部分３にバルコニー４を設置するバルコニー構造に関する。バルコニー４は、建物本体１に沿って一側から他側へ延ばされる。バルコニー４の一側は下に空間１１を有するポーチ部１２とされ、他側は下に建物部１３を有するテラス部１４とされる。バルコニー４の床部２１には、建物本体１と面直に配設されてポーチ部１２とテラス部１４との境界部分１５に位置する垂木１６に対し、垂木１６の下側に沿って延びる防火プレート１７が取付けられている。【選択図】図６
