To reduce a load on an operator and to improve work efficiency in a dust removal work.SOLUTION: A water level of a water channel 104 and an opening of an intake gate 108 are identified during a dam operation with a constant water level, it is determined which is higher, a water surface position in the water channel 104 and a lower end position of a door body 109, on the basis of the identified water level of the water channel 104 and the identified opening of the intake gate 108, and, when the lower end position of the door body 109 is higher than the water surface position in the water channel 104, the door body 109 is made to descend until the lower end position of the door body 109 becomes equal to the water level position in the water channel 104. Thus, when free flow is generated during the dam operation with a constant water level, the door body 109 can be made to descend so as to align the lower end position with the water surface position in the water channel 104 not via an operation by an operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】塵芥の除去作業にかかる作業者の負担軽減および作業効率の向上を図ること。【解決手段】ダム水位一定運転中に、導水路104の水位および取水口ゲート108の開度を特定し、特定された導水路104の水位および取水口ゲート108の開度に基づいて、導水路104における水面位置と扉体109の下端位置との高低を判断し、導水路104における水面位置より扉体109の下端位置が高い場合、扉体109の下端位置が導水路104における水面の位置と等しくなるまで扉体109を降下させるようにした。これにより、ダム水位一定運転中にフリーフローが発生した場合、作業者による操作を介することなく、下端位置を導水路104における水面の位置にあわせるように扉体109を降下させることができる。【選択図】図5
