To provide a pressure selecting device that can improve responsiveness of a hydraulic control valve to an operation at an operation part while simplifying a structure of a device using an electromagnetic proportional valve and maintaining layout property of each component, and to provide a hydraulic control device.SOLUTION: A pressure selecting device 1 includes an electromagnetic proportional valve 2 and a selecting part 3. The electromagnetic proportional valve 2 outputs proportional valve pressure on the basis of input operation pressure.
