To provide a three-dimensional measurement system of a foundation pile construction site and a three-dimensional measurement method of the foundation pile construction site, which can measure three-dimensional shapes of a foundation pile, a machine, a facility, a station, a pile material, a building material, and residual soil in the foundation pile construction site.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measurement system of a foundation pile construction site includes: a drone for acquiring a plurality of image data of a foundation pile, a machine, a facility, a pile material, a building material, and residual soil in the foundation pile construction site; and a three-dimensional shape measurement device for obtaining three-dimensional shapes of the foundation pile, the machine, the facility, the pile material, the building material, and the residual soil inside the foundation pile construction site from the plurality of image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
