To provide a weed overgrowth suppression member capable of suppressing surely overgrowth of weed by preventing formation of a gap between adjacent sheet and sheet.SOLUTION: A weed overgrowth suppression member 2 includes a plurality of synthetic resin sheets 4 laid side by side in a width direction, and a fixture 6 for fixing each end of the plurality of sheets 4 to the ground. A folding part 4a is formed on the respective width-direction both-side ends of the plurality of sheets 4. Each folding part 4a of the plurality of sheets 4 is positioned between a folding part 4a of an adjacent sheet 4 and a non-folding part 4b of the adjacent sheet 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】隣接するシートとシートとの間に隙間が形成されるのを防止して、雑草の繁茂を確実に抑制することができる雑草繁茂抑制部材を提供する。【解決手段】雑草繁茂抑制部材２は、幅方向に並んで敷設される複数の合成樹脂製シート４と、複数のシート４の端部を地面に固定するための固定具６とを備える。複数のシート４のそれぞれの幅方向両側端部には折り返し部分４ａが形成されている。複数のシート４のそれぞれの折り返し部分４ａは、隣接するシート４の折り返し部分４ａと、隣接するシート４の非折り返し部分４ｂとの間に位置づけられている。【選択図】図２
