PRECAST MOLDING METHOD
To provide a precast molding method which can impart good fluidity to a hydraulic composition having a low fluidity (slump value), particularly a hydraulic composition blended with fibers and can improve the surface appearance of a cured body of a hydraulic composition when vibration is applied by a vibrator.SOLUTION: There is provided a precast molding method in which a hydraulic composition is produced by mixing the following components (A) and (C), a hydraulic powder and water and the hydraulic composition is filled into a frame mold followed by subjecting to vibration molding. A component (A): an alkali thickening type polymer and a component (C): a copolymer containing a specific monomer (1c) having an average addition molar number of a group selected from an ethyleneoxy group and a propyleneoxy group of 1 or more and 300 or less and a specific monomer (2c) such as methacrylic acid and acrylic acid as constituent monomers.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】流動性(スランプ値)の小さい水硬性組成物、特に繊維を配合した水硬性組成物において、振動機で振動を与えた際に良好な流動性を付与すると共に、水硬性組成物の硬化体の表面美観を向上させることができる、プレキャスト成形方法の提供。【解決手段】下記の(A)成分、(C)成分、水硬性粉体、及び水を混合して水硬性組成物を製造し、該水硬性組成物を型枠に充填して振動成形する、プレキャスト成形方法。(A)成分:アルカリ増粘型ポリマー(C)成分:エチレンオキシ基及びプロピレンオキシ基から選ばれる基を平均付加モル数が1以上300以下有する特定の単量体(1c)とメタクリル酸、アクリル酸等の特定の単量体(2c)とを構成単量体としてとして含む共重合体【選択図】なし
