To provide an urethane resin composition having at least semi-flame retardancy and having suitable properties for forming a thermal insulation layer of an architectural structure without addition of a foam stabilizer.SOLUTION: There is provided an urethane resin composition for forming a foam body constituting a thermal insulation material of an architectural structure, in which the foam body has at least semi-flame retardancy in a pyrogenicity test according to ISO-5660, contains at least a polyisocyanate compound, an ester-based polyol compound, a trimerization catalyst, additive, and a non-silicon-based surface control agent, and no foam stabilizer, and the additive contains red phosphorus as an essential component and is by combination of at least one of a phosphate-containing fire retardant and a chlorine-containing fire retardant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】少なくとも準不燃性を有するウレタン樹脂組成物において、整泡剤を添加せずとも建築物の断熱層の形成に好適な特性を有する、ウレタン樹脂組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】建築物の断熱材を構成する発泡体を形成するためのウレタン樹脂組成物であり、前記発泡体が、ISO−5660に準拠した発熱性試験において少なくとも準不燃性を有するものとしたウレタン樹脂組成物であって、ポリイソシアネート化合物、エステル系ポリオール化合物、三量化触媒、添加剤、および非シリコン系表面調整剤を少なくとも含み、かつ整泡剤を含まないものとし、前記添加剤が、赤リンを必須成分とし、且つ、リン酸塩含有難燃剤および塩素含有難燃剤のうち少なくとも何れか1つを組み合わせてなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
