To provide a fence connector and a fence capable of easily connecting and releasing fences while maintaining an appearance design.SOLUTION: A fence connector 10 comprises: a main body part 11 slidably insertable into an end part of an upper furring edge 3; and an engaging part 21 formed in the main body part 11 for attaching and detaching feed screws 7 for moving the connector 10 in a sliding direction at multiple points along the sliding direction. The engaging part 21 comprises a pair of engaging piece parts 22, 23 extending from an outer surface of a side piece part 12 of the main body part 11 along an X-axis direction. 【課題】外観意匠を維持しつつフェンス同士の連結および解除を簡単に行うことができるフェンスの連結具およびフェンスを提供すること。【解決手段】フェンスの連結具１０は、上胴縁３の端部にスライド挿入可能な本体部１１と、連結具１０をスライド方向に移動させるための送りネジ７がスライド方向に沿った複数箇所で着脱可能に本体部１１に形成された係合部２１とを有する。係合部２１は、Ｘ軸方向に沿った本体部１１の側片部１２の外面から延出した一対の係合片部２２，２３を有する。係合片部２２，２３によってスライド方向に沿った溝部２５が形成される。【選択図】図３
