To accurately determine the required number of building materials.SOLUTION: The construction number of building materials 31 that at least partially overlaps a construction area 21 and the avoidance number of building materials 31 that are completely included in an arrangement avoidance area are obtained based on a building material group 3 expanded on a memory 55, the construction area 21, and the arrangement avoidance area. Then, the number of building materials 31 included in the building material group 3 in a building material arrangement diagram is obtained by subtracting the avoidance number from the construction number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1F
