METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUPERDENSE CEMENT COMPOSITION
To provide a method for producing a superdense cement composition capable of producing a superdense cement composition in which fiber is uniformly dispersed, and also, having low gas permeability and more dense.SOLUTION: A method for producing a superdense cement composition has a process where cement, silica fume, a limestone filler, fiber for reinforcement, water, a water-reducing agent and an antifoaming agent are mixed. A first mixing step where half quantity of fiber for reinforcement, cement, silica fume and a limestone filler are dry-mixed to produce a powder mixture; a second mixing step where the powder mixture is charged with water, a water-reducing agent and an antifoaming agent, and kneading is performed to produce a cement-based matrix; and a third mixing step where the remaining quantity of the fiber for reinforcement is added to the cement-based matrix, and mixing is performed, are performed in order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】繊維が均一に分散されていて、かつ、通気性が低い、より緻密な超緻密性セメント組成物を製造することを可能とした超緻密性セメント組成物の製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】セメントと、シリカフュームと、石灰石フィラーと、補強用繊維と、水と、減水剤と、消泡剤とを混合してなる超緻密性セメント組成物の製造方法である。補強用繊維の半量、セメント、シリカフュームおよび石灰石フィラーを空練りして粉体混合物を生成する第一混合工程と、粉体混合物に水、減水剤および消泡剤を投入して練り混ぜてセメント系マトリックスを生成する第二混合工程と、セメント系マトリックスに補強用繊維の残量を添加して混合する第三混合工程とを順に行う。【選択図】図1
