PRECAST CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF BALCONY FLOOR
To provide a precast construction method of a balcony floor capable of eliminating a support erected on a lower floor and easily constructing a balcony floor with a complicated shape with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A precast construction method of a balcony floor includes the steps of: manufacturing a precast balcony floor 22 in which a slab reinforcement 32 fastened to a floor of a skeleton 10 is protruded from a side face; making a timbering receiving beam 16 protrude in a direction perpendicular to a girder 12 disposed along an installation face of the balcony floor 22 in the skeleton 10; bridging the balcony floor 22 on the timbering receiving beam 16; and, after bridging the balcony floor 22, installing concrete 10a constituting a floor of the skeleton 10, to integrate the balcony floor 22 and the floor of the skeleton 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】下階に立てるサポートを無くすことができ、複雑な形状のバルコニー床を精度良く簡単に構築することのできるバルコニー床のプレキャスト施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】躯体１０の床に定着するスラブ筋３２を側面から突出させたプレキャストのバルコニー床２２を製作する工程と、躯体１０におけるバルコニー床２２設置面に沿って配置されている大梁１２と直交する方向に支保用受梁１６を突設させる工程と、バルコニー床２２を支保用受梁１６に架設する工程と、バルコニー床２２を架設した後、躯体１０の床を構成するコンクリート１０ａを打設してバルコニー床２２と躯体１０の床とを一体化する工程と、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図４
