LAUNCHING ERECTION METHOD AND LAUNCHING MACHINE
To provide a launching erection method which allows heavy material/equipment to be transported and loaded/unloaded at a top of a pier at a destination even if a crane cannot be placed near the pier at the destination.SOLUTION: A body part 11 of a launching machine 10 is connected to a new girder 80; a rail facility 20 is provided in a launching direction on the body part 11 of the launching machine 10 and the new girder 80 that are connected to each other; a loading/unloading means 12 is provided on a tip end of the launching machine 10; the launching machine 10 and the new girder 80 are launched until the tip end of the launching machine 10 is positioned above a bridge pier P1 which is the launching destination of the new girder 80; a material/equipment 50 is transported above the bridge pier P1 using the rail facility 20; and the material/equipment 50 is loaded/unloaded on a top of the bridge pier P1 using the loading/unloading means 12 or 24. The transportation and the loading/unloading are performed in the state where the launching machine 10 is supported from below by the bridge pier P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】送り出し架設工法において、送り出し先の橋脚近傍にクレーンを配置できない場合でも、大きな重量の資機材を送り出し先の橋脚の天端に、運搬および積み降ろしができるようにする。【解決手段】手延べ機10の本体部11および新設桁80を連結し、連結した手延べ機10の本体部11および新設桁80の上に、送り出し方向に軌条設備20を設け、手延べ機10の先端部に積み降ろし手段12を設置し、手延べ機10の先端部が新設桁80の送り出し先の橋脚P1の上方に位置するまで、手延べ機10および新設桁80を送り出し、軌条設備20を用いて橋脚P1の上方に資機材50を運搬し、積み降ろし手段12または24を用いて、資機材50を橋脚P1の天端に積み降ろす。前記運搬及び前記積み降ろしは、手延べ機10が橋脚P1に下方から支持された状態で行う。【選択図】図1
