DOUBLE FLOOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a double floor construction method capable of shortening the construction period of a building having a double floor.SOLUTION: In a construction method of the double floor, a finishing floor 2 is provided at a position separated from a skeleton floor 11. The method includes a pedestal installation step of installing a temporary pedestal 4 on the skeleton floor 11 or a skeleton beam, a columnar member erection step of erecting a steel column 3 on the pedestal 4, and a finishing floor construction step of forming the finishing floor 2 between the skeleton floor 11 and the lower end of the steel column 3. The steel column 3 is made of a steel material having a base plate 31 fixed to the lower end thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二重床を有する建物の施工について、工期短縮化を図ることを可能とした二重床施工方法を提案する。【解決手段】躯体床１１から離間した位置に仕上げ床２を設ける二重床の施工方法である。躯体床１１または躯体梁に仮設の台座４を設置する台座設置工程と、台座４上に鉄骨柱３を建て込む柱状部材建込工程と、躯体床１１と鉄骨柱３の下端との間に仕上げ床２を形成する仕上げ床構築工程とを備えている。鉄骨柱３は下端にベースプレート３１が固定された鋼材からなる。【選択図】図１
