Each of the plurality of planar portions 20 has a first surface portion 21 having a surface shape including the uppermost side portion 23 at the highest position in each of the plurality of planar portions 20, and given that an angle formed by the surface of the first surface portion 21 and the vertical direction in the uppermost side portion 23 is α and the water contact angle of the surface of the first surface portion 21 is ω, α and ω satisfy α+ω≤90°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
