To provide a parking area management device, a parking area management method, and a parking area management program which can smoothly pull a vehicle out of a parking area.SOLUTION: A parking area management device comprises: a memory; and a processor with hardware. The processor chooses a first parking position in a parking area for a vehicle 2 capable of autonomously running which an occupant gets out of in a getting-out space provided at an entrance of the parking area. The processor also transmits information on the first parking position to the vehicle 2 to cause the vehicle 2 to autonomously run from the getting-out space to the first parking position and to be parked there. The processor also causes the vehicle 2 to autonomously run from the first parking position to a second parking position and to be parked there on the basis of information received from a terminal 3 possessed by the occupant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車両を駐車場からスムーズに出すことができる駐車場管理装置、駐車場管理方法および駐車場管理プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】駐車場管理装置は、メモリと、ハードウェアを有するプロセッサと、を備え、プロセッサが、自律走行が可能な車両２であって、駐車場の入口に設けられた降車スペースで乗員が降車した車両２について、駐車場内の第一の駐車位置を選定し、第一の駐車位置の情報を車両２に送信することにより、車両２を、降車スペースから第一の駐車位置へと自律的に走行させて駐車させ、乗員が所持する端末３から受信する情報に基づいて、車両２を、第一の駐車位置から第二の駐車位置へと自律的に走行させて駐車させる。【選択図】図１
