STRUCTURE FOR BOARDING EXISTING BUILDING
To allow workers to board an existing building without need for post-construction on the existing building while suppressing transmission of a horizontal force during an earthquake to the existing building.SOLUTION: A new outer staircase 11 for an existing building 2 and a corridor 31 constructed by projecting from staircase members in the new outer staircase 11 are provided, and the corridor 31 is bridged between the existing building 2 and the new outer staircase 11, and is provided as a boarding corridor from the new external stairs 11 to the existing building 2. The boarding corridor 31 is built over the existing building 2 in a state of suppressing transmission of horizontal force in an earthquake without using a connecting material with the existing building 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】既存建物に対する地震時の水平力の伝達を抑制しながら、既存建物に対する後施工も必要せずに、既存建物に作業者が乗り込み可能とすること。【解決手段】既存建物2に対する新設外階段11と、新設外階段11における階段部材からの跳ね出しにより構築された歩廊31とが備えられ、歩廊31は、既存建物2と新設外階段11との間に架け渡して、新設外階段11から既存建物2への乗り込み歩廊として備えられ、乗り込み歩廊31は、既存建物2との間に繋ぎ材を介することなく、地震時の水平力の伝達を抑制する状態で既存建物2に架け渡されている。【選択図】図2
