To make it easy to assemble and to secure high rigidity in a joint structure integrating a pile head portion of a steel pipe pile and a foundation of a structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a joint structure 1 of a pile head portion for joining a pile head portion 3 of a steel pipe pile 2 with a foundation of a structure comprises: a cylindrical outer steel pipe portion 4 disposed at an outside of the pile head portion 3 in a radial direction concentrically with the steel pipe pile 2; a plurality of plate members 8 being in contact with the inside of the outer steel pipe portion 4; a fixing portion 9 extending upwardly from the plate members 8 and fixed to the foundation of the structure; and a hardener filled at least between the plurality of plate members 8 and the pile head portion 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
