To provide a form support structure and the like that facilitates height adjustment of a support work.SOLUTION: A form support structure that supports a form when placing concrete for an arch member of an arch bridge with a support work 3, comprises: a support girder 1 provided in the direction of the bridge axis; the support work 3 provided on the support girder 1 and over the entire bridge axis direction of the support girder 1; and a push-up part 2 that is provided below the support girder 1 and applies an upward force in the vertical direction to a part of the support girder 1 in the bridge axis direction. The push-up part 2 has: a piece material 21 whose upper end abuts on the lower surface of the support girder 1; a diagonal member 22 extending diagonally upward from the piece member 21 to both sides and being held at both ends of the support girder 1 in the bridge axis direction; and a jack 24 that applies tension to the diagonal member 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
