To provide a wire lock that can be directly adapted to a handle post or a frame of a bicycle without an accessory component, suitable for use in a bicycle parking space with a fixing object.SOLUTION: The wire lock comprises: a wire end 2b having an insertion male part 2c; a lock body 1 equipped with an insertion female part 1a; and a U-shaped engaging part 1b having a hole on both ends for the insertion male part 2c to pass through. A wire 2 is wound around the fixing object, and is fastened by inserting the wire end 2b in a ring formed on a wire end 2a. The U-shaped engaging part 1b is placed over the handle post of the bicycle, and the insertion male part 2c is inserted into the insertion female part 1a to lock the bicycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
