MINE DISPOSAL AND FARMLAND FOREST IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
To provide a mine disposal and a farmland forest improvement device intended not only for a mine disposal but also for work with a main purpose as a farmland and forest improvement, capable of performing removal work of unnecessary object such as vegetation, trimmed shrub, rock easily and swiftly, capable of performing work systematically in preparatory work such as removal of such vegetation or removal work of collapsed sediment and also in mine disposal and having a rake grapple configured to grip a small object with a tip of the grapple, in particular easy to grip a big tree, etc.SOLUTION: In the mine disposal and a farmland forest improvement device having a rotary cutter 9 mounted detachably to a tip of an undulation and inflection enabled arm of a heavy machine to be used in a shovel machine such as a backhoe and having a grapple 26b as a movable comb blade relative to a rake 26a as a stationary comb blade, with a rake grapple 26 allowing a clipping action by a cylinder 26c, the rake grapple arranges a shape of the grapple 26b in a circular arc-shape inflating toward outside relative to a straight blade-like rake 26a and arranges a tip of the grapple 26b not protruding below the rake 26a.
【課題】地雷処理のみならずこれを農地・森林改良を主目的とした作業にも使用できることを考慮したものであり、植生や伐採した灌木、岩石類などの不要物の除去作業を簡単かつ迅速に行うことができ、このような植生等の除去や崩壊土砂の除去作業等の準備作業も含めて地雷処理においてもシステム的に作業を進めることができるものであり、特に、大きな木などが掴み易くなっており、グラップルの先端で小さな物を掴める様にしたレーキグラップルを備えたものである。【解決手段】バックホウ等のショベル機で使用する重機車両の起伏かつ屈折自在なアームの先端に、着脱自在にロータリーカッタ９を取り付け、このロータリーカッタの側方には、固定櫛刃としてのレーキ２６ａに対して可動櫛刃としてのグラップル２６ｂをシリンダ２６ｃにより挟み込み動作が可能に設けるレーキグラップル２６を備えた地雷処理兼農地改良装置において、レーキグラップルは直刃状のレーキ２６ａに対してグラップル２６ｂの形状を外側に膨らむ円弧状とし、かつ、グラップル２６ｂの先端がレーキ２６ａの下に突き出さないようにした。
