RAW MATERIAL CHARGING DEVICE TO PREHEATER CYCLONE OF CEMENT CALCINATION APPARATUS
To disperse cement raw material efficiently in a hot gas flowing through an outlet duct of a preheater cyclone of a cement calcination apparatus to preheat effectively the cement raw material.SOLUTION: A raw material charging device includes a raw material chute 5 connected to an outlet duct 7d of a cyclone 7 and a dispersion plate 1 for dispersing a cement raw material R supplied from the raw material chute, in which: an inclination angle θ2 of the raw material chute is 55° or more and 70° or less; an upper surface of the dispersion plate is formed to be convex vertically upward as a whole, and has a central plane portion 2 that is a vertical plane extending in a length direction of the dispersion plate, is planar symmetric with respect to a vertical plane dividing an area of the upper surface into two equal parts and intersects directly the vertical plane; its width gradually increases as a position in a vertical direction of an intersection line between the vertical plane and the central plane portion becomes lower; an inclination angle θ1 of the central plane portion of the dispersion plate is 20° or more and 40° or less; and a mounting height H of a lower side of the central plane portion of the dispersion plate from a ceiling surface 7e of the preheater cyclone is 0.7 times or more and 1.5 times or less an inner diameter of the outlet duct of the cyclone 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメント焼成装置のプレヒータサイクロンの出口ダクトを流れる熱ガス中にセメント原料を効率よく分散させ、セメント原料の予熱を効果的に行う。【解決手段】サイクロン7の出口ダクト7dに接続される原料シュート5と、原料シュートからのセメント原料Rを分散させる分散板1とを備え、原料シュートの傾斜角θ2は55°以上70°以下であり、分散板の上面は全体的に鉛直上方に凸に形成され、分散板の長さ方向に延びる鉛直面であって上面の面積を2等分する鉛直面に対して面対称であり、鉛直面と直接交わる中心平面部2を備え、鉛直面と中心平面部との交線の鉛直方向における位置が低くなるにつれて幅が漸増し、分散板の中心平面部の傾斜角θ1は20°以上40°以下であり、分散板の中心平面部の下辺の、プレヒータサイクロンの天井面7eからの取り付け高さHは、サイクロン7の出口ダクトの内径の0.7倍以上1.5倍以下である原料投入装置。【選択図】図1
