To provide a shielding sheet which improves workability at the construction time while eliminating a gap when shielding sheets are arranged side by side, and in which dust and the like does not go outside of the sheet, and to provide a shielding method.SOLUTION: A shielding sheet includes: a rectangular body part sheet 10; body locking parts 16 provided at four sides of the body part sheet, and locked to a skeleton for fixing the body part sheet; a first belt part 20 provided at one vertical side 11 of an outside surface of the body part sheet, further projecting than the one side; and a second belt part 30 provided at a bottom side 14 of an inside surface of the body part sheet, further projecting than the bottom side and being extended so that one end in the longer direction is overlapped with one part of the first belt part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
