EXTERIOR MATERIAL MOUNTING RAIL AND EXTERIOR MATERIAL MOUNTING STRUCTURE
To provide a novel tile mounting rail for mounting an exterior material, particularly a tile, on a wall surface of a building, and also a tile mounting structure using the tile mounting rail.CONSTITUTION: In a cross section of a rail, left and right tile mounting portions to which an edge portion of a tile is mounted, and left and right furring strip attachment portions that are mounted in surface contact with a furring strip arranged between a wall surface and the tile are provided; and the left and right tile mounting portions are formed of a lower horizontal surface portion located away from the furring strip between the left and right furring strip attachment portions, a vertical surface portion that is provided to stand above the lower horizontal surface portion, and an upper horizontal surface portion that extends to the left and right from an upper edge portion of the vertical surface portion, which is attached to the furring strip at predetermined intervals. The edge portions of the tiles are attached to the left and right tile attachment portions of each rail, and thus the tiles are attached to a predetermined wall surface of a building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の壁面に外装材、特にタイルを取り付けるための新規なタイル取り付け用レールおよび該タイル取り付け用レールを用いるタイル取り付け構造を提供する。【構成】レールの断面において、タイルの端縁部が装着される左右のタイル装着部と、壁面とタイルとの間に配設される胴縁に面接触して取り付けられる左右の胴縁取り付け部をそなえ、左右の胴縁取り付け部の間に胴縁から離間して位置する下側水平面部と下側水平面部から上方に立設される垂直面部と垂直面部の上縁部から左右に延びる上側水平面部とにより左右のタイル装着部が形成されているものであり、胴縁に所定の間隔で取り付けられ、各レールの左右のタイル装着部にタイルの端縁部が装着されて、建物の所定の壁面にタイルが取り付けられる。【選択図】図１
