To provide an anchor structure for a fixture capable of enhancing design and safety during use, and the fixture.SOLUTION: The anchor structure for the fixture comprises: a folding part 61 formed by folding an outdoor side surface material 40a once; a first insertion hole 62 formed in a first folding part 61a of a part of the folding part 61; and a second insertion hole 63 formed in a second folding part 61b situated toward a door end side vertical rib 32 side than the first folding part 61a of the part of the folding part 61. In a first anchoring state in which a first fixing tool 71 is anchored relative to the door end side vertical rib 32 via the first insertion hole 62 and the second insertion hole 63, the folding part 61, the first insertion hole 62 and the second insertion hole 63 are configured so that not the first folding part 61a but the second folding part 61b is pressed by a head part 71a of the first fixing tool 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
